Catholic Healthcare West is searching for a Clinical Domain Leader - Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist for our Phoenix, Arizona Service Center.

CARECONNECT TEAM-
CHW's CareConnect Team drives a clinical transformation initiative to achieve Quality, Safety, and Service by adopting demonstrated best practices; standardizing clinical process; using advanced clinical information systems with clinical decision support; and enhancing the experience of care for our patients and clinicians.

Team members are responsible for design, implementation, testing and validation, and training relative to Clinical Information Systems. Will assist Facility teams and Site Operation Leads at each Facility, in coordination of all project resources. Team members will travel to various CHW Facilities; travel will increase during a deployment.

We are currently seeking a team member to be based out of our Phoenix Service Center:

CLINICAL DOMAIN LEADER - LABORATORY:
Serves as the domain lead to manage the CareConnect Laboratory Domain team and insure patient safety standards relative to laboratory ordering, specimen collection, reference lab integration, and reporting. Assist facility Laboratory leadership and facility operations in coordination of all project resources. At least five years experience in inpatient laboratory work and management/supervision of staff. Should possess an understanding of advanced inpatient laboratory management systems and implementations, and their interactive messaging, alerting, and reporting capabilities. Cerner Millennium experience strongly preferred. Clinical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist, with ASCP Certification, registered and/or licensed within one of the 50 United States.
