Health Information Partners is searching for two full time Remote Inpatient Coders, or 4 part time Remote IP Coders. Immediate availability needed. These are permanent positions.
HIP, Inc. is in need of a 2 full-time or 4 part-time Inpatient coders with immediate availability. RHIA or RHIT or CCS credential required. Three (3) years of recent inpatient/remote coding experience required. These are permanent full time & part-time positions. Great pay.Flexible work schedule. System is Star & McKesson. 3M encoder. Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week.
CANDIDATE Qualifications:
-Prior EPIC coding experience a plus (Star/McKesson will be replaced by Epic 90 days)
-3+ years recent IP coding experience
-AHIMA: RHIA, RHIT or CCS credential
-Previous remote coding experience and experience with 3M Encoder
-ICD-9 coding experience
-Coding production 2-3 charts per hour
-Coding accuracy expectation 95%
-Payment is by the chart
-Successfully pass a pre-employment coding proficiency test
-Successfully pass criminal record/OIG/drug screening
-Successfully pass a prior employment verification screen
