HIPjobs.net is expanding and we are searching for a talented Remote Recruiter Business Development. This recruiter will target Health IT (HIT), Health Information Management (HIM) and EMR companies-employers to help develop new business.
We anticipate significant future growth in the IT industries and are seeking the right candidate to help expand our employment offerings.
Candidate Responsibilities & Qualifications:
-Candidate preferably will have two (2) years successful recruiting experience at facility, company, hospital, or agency, but not required.
-Preferred Healthcare IT (HIT) or Health Information Management (HIM) or traditional IT recruiting experience.
-Ability to effectively source Healthcare Companies’ IT and HR departments to explain our product offerings features and benefits for the purpose of selling these offerings.
-Must be professional, persistent, and build ongoing business relationships in the Healthcare IT and HR industries.
-Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
-Candidate will work with sensitive customer information and our company products, must maintain confidentially to insure customer, client, and HIPjobs.net integrity and professionalism.
-Working knowledge of HIPPA compliance.
-Willing to work on a generous commission to start.
-Secure computer and internet connection required.
