Successful candidate will serve as Project Manager for Essentia Health’s ICD-10 implementation project/program. Primary focus is in the East Region developing the project plan but the candidate must be able to travel as system oversight will be required across all regions in Idaho, Minnesota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
Communication with key leadership from all regions will be required. This position will advise and give direction to regional project leads to ensure compliance and adherence to the implementation timeline. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing consulting work done within the Essentia Health system in relation to ICD-10 implementation.
Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or MHA preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle services with significant subject matter expertise in revenue cycle business and related clinical processes.
- Experience in healthcare leadership role.
- Prior experience with 5010 and/or ICD-10 transition project work is strongly preferred.
Licensure Certifications required:
- PMP Certification preferred
- Technical Project Management Training preferred
